If you are not familiar with keyboard shortcuts (think ctrl+c / ctrl+v), then you will benefit from DBP. The keyboard shortcuts come with a minor learning curve. I can not overstate this assignments can be made with deadlines. ![]() As you and your teammates collaborate, the DBP starts to take shape, and ideas begin to manifest themselves. By the end of the meeting, you will have an excellent reference with action items, deadlines, and individual assignments.īrainstorming ideas takes on a white board feeling. Everyone can take notes on the same paper by collaborating through comments and entries. At the top of the paper, you can create an agenda and check things off as each point is covered. Meetings can be much more productive with DBP. By tagging yourself and others, you can be sure that the right person is taking necessary steps to complete the task. It is also great for keeping everyone on top of collaborative projects. It is awesome if you have to prioritize project tasks and tend to forget deadlines. You can comment on individual tasks, and strings of comments collapse keeping the work area. The program lets you create a list with assignments and deadlines. Remarkable CapabilitiesĭBP is awesome for to-do-lists. I suspect that shortly, DBP will iron out these minor issues. When you first open up, it lands on the "Recents" page, and if you have 100's of papers, you're not going to get anywhere fast. Finally, the process to find your paper is not simple. The formatting, specifically text alignment, is not as robust as Google Doc or Microsoft Word. ![]() The mobile version seems to be either limited or not very intuitive. Worse case scenario, leave the paper open until all changes have been saved. ![]() If you have network reliability issues, make sure your changes have been saved before leaving the page. DBFP is great but has some limits that we'll address right at up front.
